Opening our new doors 1300E Arendell on December 18th

We are moving the gallery to a new space in Morehead City! After 5 wonderful years in our current location, the time has come for a new chapter at 1300E Arendell St.

The catalyst for the move is the opportunity for gallery owner, Janet Jaworski, to spend more time painting. Today Impressions represents over 20 artists, and it has been a wonderful and rewarding experience for Janet and her husband David to represent such talented artists in addition to Janet's own work and David's photography. "

We are so grateful for the chance to put all their work in front of you and we appreciate all of you who have come through the doors of the gallery to enjoy the art."

Impressions Art Gallery will remain open at the current location through November 1st.

The new location at 1300E Arendell St. will open December 18th with Janet's original paintings and David's photography. Janet will continue to have her working studio at the new location and looks forward to you visiting her there.

Janet and David JaworskiJanet & David came to North Carolina 14 years ago and fell in love with the area and the people. Janet is a painter and David’s interest in photography evolved from hobby to passion since relocating from New England to North Carolina. The Carolina coastline and shore birds fascinated them both, becoming part of their repertoire. 

five years ago they opened the doors to Impressions Gallery with a vision to have a space for talented local artists to show their work and create a working studio for Janet.  It has since nurtured creativity for our community.
